A Tuesday post? What in the world?!

Blame being busy. This post was actually supposed to go live yesterday but goodness gracious were we busy at the Orangetheory tent! Such a great ‘problem’ to have but it left no time for me to get up this cute little outfit combination so instead it’s coming at you today. Plus now it’s not Monday anymore and you are already one step closer to this weekend! 🙂 Speaking of weekend, this past one was crazy. In a good way! I did the first ever OTF Dri-Tri {2000m row, 300 body weight moves, 5k treadmill run} with two amazing gals and we placed 3rd overall! Yep, a team of 3 girls just barely lost to 1st & 2nd place teams with 2/3 of their team members being male. So we kind of killed it! Afterwards we celebrated with lemon drop shots & pizza because it’s all about balance. Shot a bunch of outfits that will be coming soon to the blog, cleaned and got rid of a TON of clothes {check out my Poshmark closet for lots of new goodies!} and tried to even out my tan lines.

One-Shouldered Goodness.

I’m sure it’s quite apparent the fondness I have for all things Free People. I swear if I could only continue to buy 1 brand, FP would be right at the top of my list to choose. It’s no surprise then that when I saw THIS adorable top come out that I knew I needed it. But no way was I going to pay $78 for a cotton top that could only be worn a few months of the year here in Omaha. So I patiently waited for it to go on sale, much I like I do for almost everything I purchase. Sure enough Nordstrom cut the price by 40% so I jumped on the opportunity to snatch it up in an XS in the pretty peach color. The colors are even more vibrant in person and the ruffle detail add such a fun little addition. I will say that while I love the shirt, it does run REALLY big. Like to the point that I had to use a strip of double-sided tape to keep it up since I have less than no chest. I’m wearing THIS strapless bra underneath which has been a lifesaver for a number of outfits.

Ok, these are going to end up getting their own post but I have to at least give them a quick shout-out in today’s look. They’re the uber-popular AGs from the Nordstrom Sale and they’re worth every freaking penny. They feel amazing, fit great, are super comfortable and are the perfect alternative to my usual skinnys. Lucky for you, most sizes are still available. Snag them before the price creeps back over $200. YIKES! Ok, back to the grind. See y’all tomorrow for Workout Wednesday. xox
