Christmas is my favorite.

I feel like Buddy around this time every year and I’m not even sorry about it. Besides being completely enamored with the Holiday spirit, I too classify syrup as an important food group. And what would this time of year be if festive PJs weren’t included!? For as long as I can remember, my sisters and I have gotten all dressed up on Christmas Eve in fun jammies and had a sleepover in the living room while watching Elf. Traditions are my favorite too! BUT this year looked just a bit different as I spent my first ever Christmas Eve/Christmas Day away from the Breons and instead got to share the twinning and movie-watching with my 4th sister {aka SIL} Lindsey Rae. Lucky for me, she’s pretty much the best and I scored majorly in the in-law department. What did y’alls weekends look like?! Did you discover anything amazing under the tree?? Overeat or drink a little more than planned?? Whatever you did, I hope it was exactly what you hoped for and you were surrounded with nothing but love, light and positivity! Thankfully, Lindsey and I snuck in a major sweat session on Saturday morning from a mock-OrangeTheory workout I created so we were able to ditch some toxins prior to downing hot toddies that put those toxins right back in! 😉

Olaf PJs? Sold.

Lindsey and I spent one morning wandering through Target in search of cute & kitchy pjs and the minute I saw these I knew they were the ones for us! I wish you could feel this sweatshirt and shorts through the screen because they are SO freaking soft. Plus a goofy Disney character on the front? Heck yes. Oh and under $15. Even better! As you can tell we were gifted a very white Christmas this year which was perfect because it is about absolutely the only time I find it appropriate for cold temps and the fluffy stuff. This powdery goodness was definitely not going to stop us from running around outside and playing in it in our matching jammies though. Holy crap was it chilly and our hands were nearly numb by the time we came inside but it was worth it! Never will I ever be too old to match a sister or have snowball fights. Mark my words! 🙂 Please tell me that we’re not the only sisters/family/friends that took advantage of the one time of year it’s OK to look identical!?

Now I’m off to Texas! I absolutely cannot wait to be in the South where the temps are supposed to be in the mid-60s all week and I can wear my cute off-the-shoulder/cold-shoulder sweaters that don’t really work so well in the Midwest. 6 full days at home couldn’t come at a better time and I’m so excited to relax, recharge and prep for the New Year! xox
