Labor Day Weekend makes its mark as the unofficial end to Summer.
While that makes me equally as happy as it does sad, I can say that I’m ready for whatever September and Fall want to bring my way! The last few days spent in Texas with my parents & youngest sister were rejuvenating, relaxing and exactly what I needed to refill my soul. Besides being the perfect time for boating, beer and games of bags, Labor Day Weekend is also a great time to shop some amazing sales. Whether you need to stock your closet with Fall staples or snatch up some insanely marked-down Summer pieces for next year, now is the time! Nearly every single retailer has some kind of LDW sale going on and I wouldn’t be doing my blogger duties if I didn’t share some of those deals with you 😉 Instead of just rambling off the basics details, I’m also sharing my top 3 picks from each spot. PS y’all…I survived my ‘no shopping in August’ commitment and with only 1 slip up! I couldn’t pass up {and got Kyle’s approval} on a pair of Nike running shoes that were marked down almost 50%. I’m proud to say that other than that, I spent no $$ on clothes/shoes/accessories for the 31 days!!! YAY! Now I’m glad that is over but my goal moving forward is to really think about what I’m buying rather just just impulse-buy. We’ll see how that goes… 🙂
