With 4th of July weekend just around the corner, I thought I would round up some of my favorite items. I love any excuse to dress festive, so getting to break out some fun red, white, & blue items gets me excited! Our tradition for the past few years includes going back to Kyle’s small hometown for their big celebration. It’s always so much fun to hang out with family and get to see some of our best friends from college. Every year the town hosts a variety of activities like the Freedom 5k I’ll be doing, a carnival, street dance, etc., plus my in-laws make a FABULOUS Lemon Drop drink on the 4th that will sneak up on you if you aren’t careful! 🙂 Pairing those events with the usual fun of yard games, bonfires, and lots of music and we have ourselves a pretty great time. I ordered this t-shirt to wear during the day and this dress for the street dance!
There are so many cute options for 4th attire this summer, so I put together 10 options for anyone still looking for the perfect outfit or accessory for next weekend! My favorite is probably the printed romper because of its ease and the fact that you can throw on some cute slides (like these!) and be on your way. I also love this flag-print scarf…I’m debating it as it could come in handy during fireworks since it can easily double as a wrap!
