I’ve said it before, white has never been my go-to color, but for some reason I cannot get enough of it at the moment! I love the fact that it can look so crisp and put together without be too pretentious. While this is definitely not an outfit for just anywhere (can you imagine how well it would work for a chips, salsa, and Red Sangria afternoon!? Yikes!), it’s a great option for many occasions.
Finding the perfect pair of white jeans was NOT an easy task! I probably tried on 15 pairs ranging from $20-$200 and finally found my perfect pair. These DL1961 legging jeans fit like a glove; they’re not too tight but not too lose and they are thick enough that you can’t see through them while still being super soft. It suggested sizing up but I stuck with my normal size 26 and I’m glad I did. They are also holding their shape super well. Pairing the denim with an impulse-buy white blouse from Madewell allowed me to play around a bit with textures and the looser fit made me feel more comfortable. The scallop detailing is really pretty, too! To finish off the look I added a pair of tan stacked heels that I bought a few summers ago and the absolute cutest clutch. The pops of color brighten up the outfit and keep it fun.
