This past weekend we made the 2 1/2 hour drive back to Kyle’s hometown of Gowrie, Iowa for his sister’s college graduation party. {HUGE Congratulations to Miss Lindsey on her BA in Education from Iowa State!!!} It was so nice to relax, unwind, and get out of the city for a few days.
The weather was sunny and in the mid-70s on Saturday afternoon, allowing me to break out this adorable piece by Blue Life. They have such a great line of casual pieces and the cutest rompers! There aren’t too many things that can beat the ease, and lack of having to match a top & bottoms, when wearing one. Even though I’m just under 5’5″, I often struggle to find rompers that aren’t way too short; but this hits at a length I feel totally comfortable in. After finally getting my toes done, I also figured it was time to bring out these Dolce Vita gladiator sandals that are perfectly on-trend. I’m already thinking of the next event that I’ll be able to wear this to and am excited to switch out my usual wedding guest attire (dresses & skirts) for some fun rompers at a few summer weddings.
